WHY You Might Need Help "Losing Weight" and "Getting In Shape" -- It's Hard to Break Out of the 'Auto Pilot' Lifestyle.
Years of being 'sedentary' and 'not eating right' cause your mind and body to fall into a lifestyle on 'Auto Pilot'--you don't really think about what your eating, how much your eating, and how you're not getting any type of constant exercise...and that can be very hard to change.

Breaking the 'inertia' of years of inactivity and unhealthy eating is akin to an engine moving a train 100 cars long!. It takes immense power and a constant slow 'pull' by the engine to finally get moving. Some people can break the 'Auto Pilot' lifestyle on their own, but many need to be gently 'pulled along" to get started.
Why do MOST people need help?
We are social beings. As such, our behavior is altered by those around us.
Most people DO NOT Exercise Regularly, so most people have "'Excuses" for not following a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, anyone trying to make a positive lifestyle change, faces the daunting "EXCUSES" that manifests as self doubt--and leads to staying on Auto Pilot. It’s no wonder that with all the "EXCUSES" in the way, most people who try to change to a healthy lifestyle on their own fail.

My roll in providing 'COACHING' is to help clear all the "EXCUSES" from your path and slowly 'Pull' you towards the goal of making healthy decisions EVERYDAY-- regardless of what's happening in your life.
If I can help you have more daily successes than failures, you will be on your way towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You will not be perfect, especially at the outset, since everyone has good days and bad days.
On the good days, you'll eat all your fruits and veggies, say no to 'fast food' and do your workout even though you're tired.
On the bad days, you'll wake up late, forget to bring your lunch, have an extra piece of cake at your friend's birthday party and skip your workout.
The bad days will happen--the trick is to never give up. Just try to make healthy decisions and have a successful day--the VERY NEXT DAY!

It's not about killing yourself with workouts--it's about doing the P2 Towel Routine a few times a week and at a pace that is comfortable and makes you WANT to do it again and again. My goal is to have you LOOKING FORWARD to being more active on a regular basis--not just for a week here and there.
For permanent weight loss, you need to pay attention to what you eat and make good choices more often than not. A fad diet eventually ends, but healthy eating never stops. There will never be a time when you're done eating healthy. You might feel you're sacrificing the good stuff (pizza, fast food, etc.) and your life won't be fun if you can't have those foods. Guess what? You can still have them...just not as a staple of your diet.
Stop giving your body the most convenient thing available (and often the most sugary / Fatty and least nutritious) and, instead, go for the healthy choices.
Get off the life sucking 'Auto Pilot" lifestyle and onto a path towards personal satisfaction like you've never known. The simple takeaway; by NOT committing to a healthy future, you are missing out on a MUCH better life.
